THE BAKER

Hi, I'm Hannah!

I’m a lifter, a wife, a mom, and someone who will never give up good baked goods. Crumb Lab started with me tinkering with recipes in my kitchen. Working ingredients like cottage cheese and whey into my bakes, experimenting with flavors, and testing each batch until it’s just right.

Now those experiments are making their way out of my kitchen and onto your table. Everything is baked from scratch in small batches right here in Mahomet. When a batch sells out, it’s gone until the next time it makes the lineup.

  • Porch pickup in Mahomet. The exact address and time window are in your order confirmation.

  • Not right now. Crumb Lab is currently porch pickup only.

  • Every item is labeled with full ingredients and allergens. My kitchen also handles common allergens like wheat, milk, tree nuts (pecans), and eggs.

  • Batches are intentionally limited, so popular items may sell out. If you miss something, don't worry. It will make another appearance in a future menu.

  • Orders are placed and paid for online through Hotplate at checkout.
